The Healing Journey

I have been studying healing arts for most of my life. I started with foot reflexology as a teen and soon realized that I had healing hands and could remove other people's illnesses. When I started taking on other people's "stuff", I knew that I had to learn more to understand how energy worked and how to protect myself.

This sent me on a decades-long path to learning many different energy systems, including becoming a massage therapist and eventually learning how to massage horses!

Energy Medicine & Modalities

On my journey, I completed Donna Eden's Energy Medicine Certification Program in January 2015 and then became certified to teach Energy Medicine 101 and 102 that summer. I am excited about the techniques she has gathered because they give us power to affect our health with holistic, natural, non-toxic protocols, getting to the root of the problem instead of focusing only on symptoms.

The techniques are deceptively simple and powerful. As we live in a world that is increasingly disruptive to our energetic bodies, we need tools to keep our engines humming with optimum efficiency. I am particularly passionate about working with kids. Much of what has been diagnosed as ADHD can be attributed to scrambled energies; by having them do simple exercises, their ability to focus increases.

One of my latest forays is utilizing tuning forks to work within our electromagnetic Biofield. I am fascinated with our "ancestral river" and working on clearing inherited blocks in our energy. When we start clearing these fields, healing occurs not only within us, but our family too.

Teaching and Sharing

Being a teacher most of my life, I love sharing the knowledge I continue to gather. I am a Reiki Master (2 levels removed from Usui), and it's a part of everything I do. I am excited to offer online classes that integrate various modalities—classes that are fun, energetic, and chock-full of practical knowledge that you can incorporate into your everyday life.
